Additionally we need green leafy vegetables regularly in our diet and a good amount of protein is also necessary in our daily diet for proper survival. To boost our normal immune system against colds, etc. we need Vitamin C enriched food.

Simply try eating those wonderful Vitamin C enriched fruits and vegetables besides other consumable items and you will find your immune system develop almost instantly after digesting these. Its almost like magic. Your succeptibility to colds, etc. will disappear very fast. Its so rapid that a person almost does not notice his or her immunity increase.

It is also a good idea to bolster your energy levels during mild, normal fever or health issues by eating sweet biscuits or a piece of chocolate to carry on through the day because generally one feels low levels of hunger when one is not feeling well. Caution has to be taken by people with diabetes whose blood glucose levels may rise by eating too many sweet biscuits. Or even by heart patients for whom fatty, sugars and other such chocolates are not advised to be eaten. This is simply an advisory to get well from mild unwell conditions and not a prescription to recover from covid 19 or other diseases.

However, it is an established fact that shipwrecked sailors and people who were stranded in the seas used to carry lots of chocolates to survive many days of isolated sailing until they somehow reached the sea shores, or were picked up by rescue boats or ships. During those times, there was nothing else to eat except sweet biscuits and chocolates. These were the only so called foods for survival.
