India’s Cumulative Vaccination Coverage is nearing the 8 crore mark with over 7 crore 91 lakh five thousand doses of COVID-19 vaccine been administered in the country so far. The Union Health Ministry has said that more than 16 lakh 38 thousand doses were given to the beneficiaries in the last 24 hours.
Meanwhile, a total number of one lakh 3 thousand 558 new cases have been reported in the country in the same period taking the cumulative positive cases to over one crore 25 lakh. The Ministry said the country’s COVID-19 recovery rate is at 92.80 percent.
