The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued orange colour warning for heavy to very heavy rainfall over Assam and Meghalaya tomorrow. Heavy Rainfall is also expected over other parts of North East India, Bihar, Kerala, Mahe, Odisha, and Sub Himalayan West Bengal tomorrow.
The Met Department said that the Southwest Monsoon has further advanced into entire northwest Bay of Bengal, some more parts of West Bengal, Bihar, and some parts of Odisha and Jharkhand today.
IMD also predicted thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and gusty winds over Delhi, Haryana, Chandigarh, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Konkan and Goa tomorrow.
Similar weather conditions are expected over Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Jammu-Kashmir, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, and Chhattisgarh during the next two days. Meanwhile thundersquall conditions are expected over Rajasthan, Jharkhand, and Madhya Pradesh tomorrow.
For Delhi, IMD has predicted a partly cloudy sky tomorrow. According to the Weather Agency, the maximum temperature will be around 36 to 38 degrees Celsius in the national capital while the minimum temperature will hover around 22 to 24 degrees Celsius tomorrow.
