Chief of Air Staff (CAS) Air Chief Marshal A P Singh visited the strategically vital Northern Command theatre to review the prevailing operational environment and preparedness.
Akashvani Jammu Correspondent reports that during the visit yesterday, the CAS was briefed by General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Northern Command, Lieutenant General Pratik Sharma, at the command’s Udhampur-based headquarters on key operational dynamics and the ongoing inter-services synergy initiatives for the effective execution of multi-domain operations.
He expressed full confidence in the operational capabilities of the forces and highlighted that the exemplary synergy and jointness displayed between the Western Air Command and the Northern Command at each echelon.
Ranging from strategic to tactical levels, these serve as a beacon for future operations. He complimented all ranks for their unwavering commitment towards safeguarding national interests.
