The heightened Russsian Ukranian war equated into a full fledged Russian invasion into that country is into its 5th. day today as supposed fierce Chechen Warriors with long beards have joined the Russian Army.
Two factors have occured as a resultant effect of this war.
1.) The 4 reactors of Nuclear Power Plant stationed at Chernobyl are now under Russian Army Control. The 4th. Reactor had leaked enormously in 1986 and thus the Nuclear Facility had closed down.
That happened in the era of the USSR ( United Soviet Socialist Republic.) This country was A Communist Country at that time and Comrade Mikhail Gorbachev had recently assumed office as General Secretary of the Soviet Politbureau.
(After the death of President Leonid Brehznev in 1982, Yuri Andropov was elected and then Gorbachev, the last President of the then Soviet Union.
Immediately afterwards, Boris Yeltsin was elected the first Prezident of the Russian Federation followed by Mr. Putin. )
Chernobyl was immediately closed down to publc access and prohibitory orders were clamped all over the area. The surrounding land area of about 1000 sq. kms. Was declared a Nuclear Afflicted zone and people, Russian citizens living there were evacuated to safety.
A few years later by 1989 to 1991, Mikhail Gorbachev declared Perestrokia and called out for abolishment of Communism based form of Govt. In USSR.
Thus all the former states which once formed part of USSR, were disbanded and became independent countries.
Russia remained as it was with the Kremlin as its H.Q. but this country too accepted Democracy as its mode of Government form of functioning.
The transition from Karl Marx’s form of Communist Govt. To A Democratic form of Government was frought with heavy impediments.
Bread had become so costly and food stuff too, that the common citizens had to make queues and lines to obtain bread loaf and few vegetables.
Since then, the Russian Government developed its financial stability in leaps and bounds and today, it has the third largest Armed Forces in the world.
Its economy is also very strong. It has the world’s largest underground natural reservoirs of Crude Oil in the world. ETC.

THE VERY FACT THAT PRESIDENT PUTIN HAS ORDERED HIS NUCLEAR ACTION GROUP ON FULL ALERT.
MAY NOT INDICATE THAT RUSSIA WILL DETONATE A NUCLEAR WARHEAD UPON KIEV.
UNDERSTANDABLY, RUSSIAN ARMED FORCES HAVE ORDERED ALL UKRANIANS TO EVACUATE THE CITY OF KIEV.

NOW, AS A RESULT OF WAR AND BATTLE MOVEMENTS, THE 4TH. REACTOR IN CHERNOBYL WHICH IS STILL LEAKING AFTER 36 Years of closure, abandonment, observation and containment,
Might be liable to explode or worse still, spew its spillage all over the place. This will mean a greater danger to the people of Ukraine and Russia because Radio Active material, dust, debris, etc. will cause cancer, physical deformities, tuberculosis, and all types of dangerous and life threatening diseases.

2.) The proposed political war meeting to de escalate the tensions at both sides of the border, between Putin and Volodymyr Zelenskyy is due anytime with or without lots of ifs and buts, or plainly speaking, without any preconditions.
Political and diplomatic discussians, deliberations and solutions are the need of the hour rather than an all out war because the lives of innocent civillians are at stake.
Europe has already been decimated in population since the past few centuries either by plagues, wars, etc.
This present day world cannot bear the after effects of a Nuclear Bombing fallout.
It will not end at one zone. Every body is aware by now that more than 10,000 ( now armed ) Nuclear Warheads are affixed to the noses of ICBM’S OR Ground to Ground Missiles.
It is widely understood from internet news of genuine capability that March 3rd. Or 4th. may mark the end of this present conflict.
These are awaiting activation by almost every Nuclear Armed Country in the world. We will see death creating fireworks of a very different kind as the earth burns a few thousands of miles high for the next 15 years.
Then the artificial earthquakes which spewed mud and rocks very high into the atmosphere, will slowly start settling down.
Maybe after about 250 to 400 years, the plants and vegetations which may grow in stunted manner,
Might release oxygenated air into the atmosphere, to start the begenning of a new world order.
