Report. Israel agrees to cease targeted killings of Palestinian militants except in cases of concrete threat
The Saudi Al Arabiya Al Hadath news channel reported that Israel notified Egypt that it will end targeted killings unless in the case of a concrete threat and that it would hand over the body of Islamic Jihad member Khader Adnan next week to the Palestinian Authority regardless of a ceasefire. Israel denies that it agreed to return the body as part of the ceasefire agreements – as sources say it was planning to return the body next week regardless.
