In Kashmir Valley, Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi was celebrated today with religious fervour and enthusiasm.

Thousands of devotees gathered at mosques and shrines across the Valley and offered special prayers on the occasion.

The largest gathering was held at the Hazratbal Shrine in Srinagar, where thousands of devotees offered prayers and sought blessings.

Similar gatherings were held at major shrines and mosques in different parts of Kashmir.

Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah greeted the people on the occasion.
