The Char Dham Yatra in Uttarakhand has been suspended till today in view of adverse weather conditions.
Disaster Management Secretary Vinod Kumar Suman said the decision has been taken in the interest of pilgrims’ safety.
Pilgrims have been advised to keep track of weather conditions and follow the guidelines issued by the administration.
Mr. Suman said the pilgrimage will resume only after the weather conditions improve.
