BJP government is always committed to the development of Chhattisgarh, says PM Modi at Mahasankalp rally.

Updated, Sept. 29, 2023. 9.07 PM. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reiterated that the Bharatiya Janata Party government, whether at the centre or in the state, has always been committed to the development of Chhattisgarh.

Mr. Modi said that over the last five years, the BJP-led central government has allocated substantial funds to Chhattisgarh for electricity, roads, and other development projects but the benefits of these central schemes have not reached the common people due to misgovernance in the state. He alleged that only scams are occurring in the name of employment in Chhattisgarh. He emphasized that the P.S.C. scam is a significant fraud against the youth.
 
On the issue of paddy procurement, Mr. Modi mentioned that the Central Government purchases every grain of paddy from the farmers of Chhattisgarh and provides the necessary funds for the purchase. He also emphasized that the BJP has always been supporting farmers engaged in paddy cultivation. He said that building a developed India with social justice is the goal and model of the BJP.
 
The Mahasankalp rally was organized by the BJP in Bilaspur to mark the conclusion of two Parivartan Yatras conducted by the party in the state. The BJP initiated the Parivartan Yatra from Dantewada on 12th September and from Jashpur on 15th September. Both of these yatras covered a distance of approximately three thousand kilometers, spanning 87 assembly constituencies across the state.
