IPL: Punjab Kings beat Rajasthan Royals by 5 runs

Punjab Kings beat Rajasthan Royals by five runs at Barsapara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati last night. Chasing a victory target of 198 runs, Rajasthan Royals scored 192 for the loss of 7 wickets in stipulated 20 overs. 

Earlier, Rajasthan Royals won the toss and opted to field. Batting first, Punjab posted a huge total of 197 for 4, with Shikhar Dhawan hitting 86 and Prabhsimran Singh 62. For Rajasthan Royals, Jason Holder scalped two wickets while Ravichandran Ashwin and Yuzvendra Chahal scalped one wicket each.

Today, Kolkata Knight Riders will face Royal Challengers Bangalore at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata. The match will start at 7:30 p.m.
