India to take on Hong Kong in 2nd Asia Cup match; Afghanistan qualifies for Super Four Stage

India will take on Hong Kong in their second Asia Cup match today, after the inaugural win over arch-rivals Pakistan in Group A. The match will be played the Dubai International Stadium from 7:30 PM Indian time.

A win more will guarantee Men in Blue a spot in the super four round. All India Radio will broadcast a running commentary on the match in Hindi and English.

Last night, Afghanistan beat Bangladesh by 7 wickets at Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Sharjah. Chasing the target of 128 runs set by Bangladesh, Afghanistan made 131 for the loss of 3 wickets in 18.3 overs to advance to the Super-4 stage.

For Afghanistan, Najibullah Zadran remains unbeaten on 43 while Ibrahim Zadran also remains unbeaten on 42. Earlier, Bangladesh skipper Shakib Al Hasan had won the toss and opted to bat first in the game.

Bangladesh made 127 for the loss of 7 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs. For Afghanistan, Mujeeb Ur Rahman and Rashid Khan took 3 wickets each. Mujeeb Ur Rahman was declared Player of the Match.
