The 18th match of the ICC Women’s ODI World Cup is underway between India and Australia at Eden Park in Auckland of New Zealand. The Australia Women have opted to bowl first after winning the toss. This is the 200th one-day international match for Jhulan Goswami and she was presented a cap before the start of the match to mark the occasion.
So far, the Mithali Raj-led Indian team have played four matches, winning two and losing as many. All India Radio is broadcasting running commentary of the match.
South Africa and Australia, who both have four wins from as many games, are at the top of the table with eight points each and are certain to make it to the last four. The fight for the next two spots will be between India, West Indies, and New Zealand.
