Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla has accepted the resignation of Member of Parliament Anumula Revanth Reddy from the effect of 8th of this month.
Revanth Reddy who had resigned from the membership of the Lower House, belonging to Indian National Congress, was representing Malkajgiri Lok Sabha constituency
This was announced by the Speaker this morning after the question hour.
The member has won the recent Assembly polls in Telangana from Kodangal constituency. Reddy was sworn in as chief minister of Telangana on 7th of this month.
