The national Covid-19 recovery rate has touched 94.93 per cent.
The Health Ministry said in the last 24 hours, over 33 thousand people have recovered. With this, total recoveries reached over 93 lakh 57 thousand. With 30 thousand 2 hundred 54 new infections in the last 24 hours, the country’s total cases have gone up to 98 lakh 57 thousand 29. With 391 deaths in the last 24 hours, the death toll has reached 1 lakh 43 thousand 19. Total active cases are now at 3 lakh 56 thousand 5 hundred 46.
Indian Council of Medical Research, ICMR said, a total of 15 crore 37 lakh 11 thousand 8 hundred 33 samples tested for COVID-19 up to yesterday. Of these, 10 lakh 14 thousand 4 hundred 34 samples were tested yesterday.
