North India likely to witness fresh spell of cold wave from Saturday onwards

India Meteorological Department (IMD) has said, fresh cold wave conditions would prevail again in North-India from Saturday onwards.

The IMD predicted improvement in Cold wave conditions in Northern parts of the country, including Delhi, Haryana and Punjab, from today.

Talking to AIR News, Senior Scientist in the IMD, RK Jenamani, attributed the improvement in cold wave conditions to a western disturbance. He said, However, from Saturday onwards, the region will again experience a fresh spell of cold waves.
