India’s COVID-19 vaccination coverage crosses 157.91 cr mark; over 3.5 cr children receive 1st dose

India’s COVID-19 vaccination coverage has crossed 157 crore 91 lakh mark. Health Ministry said, more than 68 lakh 95 thousand Doses were administered yesterday. More than 50 lakh 56 thousand Precaution Doses have been administered so far.

Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya has said that over 3.5 crore children between 15 to 18 Age group have received 1st dose of COVID-19 vaccine, since 3rd of January. In a tweet, Mr Mandaviya congratulated all young people who have got vaccinated. He said, there is amazing enthusiasm among Young India for COVID-19 vaccination.
