18th Mumbai International Film Festival Showcases Global Cinema And Empowers Social Change.

The 18th Mumbai International Film Festival for documentary, short fiction and animation films is underway in Mumbai. On the third day today, various films including, My Father, We Should All Be Futurists, Life In Loom, Pukaar, Shanti, Inside Out 2, and Patterns will be screened. 

In the morning, a panel discussion, titled ‘Unlocking the force: Channelling Documentary films to drive social change’ was organised.

The session was attended by Indian Director Dr Talakadu Shrinivasaiah Nagabharana and General Manager at NFDC D Ramakrishnan.  In the evening sessions, panel discussions titled ‘In the age of Anthropocene, Is there still time to dither?’ and ‘Indian stories becoming globally relevant’ have been scheduled.

The 6-day festival will culminate on 21 June.
