Harvard University has sued US President Donald Trump’s administration for a second time, one day after the Homeland Security Department said it would block the university from enrolling international students.
In a letter, Harvard University President Alan Garber said he condemns this unlawful and unwarranted action, it imperils the futures of thousands of students and scholars across Harvard.
The Harvard president said the university has just filed a complaint, and a motion for a temporary restraining order will follow.
He added that Harvard will do everything in its power to support its students and scholars.
