In Jammu and Kashmir after recording the coldest night of the season, the minimum temperature has improved across the Kashmir Valley as the weatherman has predicted light rains and snowfall from today for the next two days.
Akashvani Correspondent reports that the Shopian district in South Kashmir was the coldest place where the mercury settled at -4.5 degrees Celsius yesterday.
The MeT department has predicted generally cloudy weather with the possibility of light rain over a few areas of plains and hilly areas of the Jammu division & light rain and snow in higher reaches over a few places of the Kashmir division during late evening today to tomorrow forenoon.
