Filing of nominations for Gujarat Assembly elections ends

The process of filing nominations for the first phase of assembly elections in Gujarat ended on Monday. In the first phase, voting will be held for 89 seats in 19 districts on 1st  December.

Meanwhile, the State Election Commission has directed the political parties not to use single-use plastic in their campaign activities.
