First-time elected MLA Bhajan Lal Sharma left behind many prominent leaders in the race of  Chief Minister and became successful in reaching the chair of the Chief Minister. Mr. Sharma has been active in politics for the last 35 years and started his political career as Sarpanch in Bharatpur district. He has served the party organization for a long time.  Along with Bhajan Lal, two deputy Chief Ministers, Prem Chand Bairwa and Diya Kumari have also become MLAs from the Jaipur district. By selecting three youth faces for Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Ministers, BJP has given the message of generational change in the state.
