Cold to severe cold day conditions are likely to continue over plains of North India during next two days. India Meteorological Department (IMD) said that Cold to severe cold day conditions will continue in Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. The minimum temperatures were recorded in the range of 2 to 5 degree celsius over most parts of Punjab, Haryana and Delhi. Today, the lowest minimum temperature of 1.1 degree celsius was reported at Hisar in Haryana.

The Weather agency has predicted that dense to very dense fog conditions is likely to continue over North India during next five days. IMD said, the dense fog conditions is likely to prevail for a few hours in night and morning over Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and north Madhya Pradesh during next five days.
