Major Asian indices displayed mixed trends today.
Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index surged over 1.7 percent, Japan’s Nikkei gained over one percent, and China’s Shanghai Composite Index was marginally up by 0.08 percent.
Meanwhile, South Korea’s Kospi fell 0.14 percent, and Singapore’s Straits Times index ended slightly down by 0.07 percent. Major European indices were trading in positive territory.
London’s FTSE was trading over 0.1 percent, France’s CAC rose 0.06 percent and Germany’s DAX was trading 0.03 percent up when reports last came in.
