India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast heavy rainfall over Arunachal Pradesh for the day.
IMD said that conditions are likely to become favourable for further withdrawal of southwest monsoon from remaining parts of Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and most parts of Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh during next 24 hours.
The Met Department said that thunderstorms and lightning conditions will continue over Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Mahe, Sub Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim till tomorrow.
Meanwhile, strong surface winds are expected over Andhra Pradesh during the next two days.
