Delhi electors unable to submit filled-in enumeration forms may file Form 6 along with prescribed Declaration Form till Sept 30th.

The Office of the Chief Electoral Officer of Delhi has informed the electors who were unable to submit their filled-in enumeration forms within the specified time that is from 30th. June to 17th. Aug 2026.

These persons may file Form 6 along with the prescribed Declaration Form for inclusion during the claims and objections period that is 31st. August to 30th. September this year.

The Commission said that the electors may file Form 6 to include their names in the final electoral roll to be published on 4th November this year. The Draft Electoral Rolls of Special Intensive Revision in Delhi were published on 31st of last month.

The Office informed that electors who were not available or found shifted at the registered address of the electors during house to house visit by Booth Level Officers (BLOs) were marked as Absent, Shifted, Dead and Duplicate Electors (ASDD).

Application forms may be submitted physically to the Electoral Registration Officer (ERO), Assistant Electoral Registration Officer (AERO), Booth Level Officers (BLO) and also at Designated Locations (polling stations).

The Commission reiterated its commitment to a transparent, participative and inclusive revision process, ensuring that no eligible citizen is left out while no ineligible person is included in the Electoral Roll.
