The Bhartiya Janata Party today organised Kargil Vijay Diwas Samaroh at Party Headquarters in New Delhi today to remember valour of brave soldiers.
Union Minister and BJP President Jagat Prakash Nadda along with Minister of State for Defence Sanjay Seth, attended the programme. Speaking on the occasion, Mr Nadda said, Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India is becoming self-reliant.
He added that there was a time when the country did not have bulletproof jackets, but today, India is not only manufacturing bulletproof jackets but also exporting them to the world.
Addressing the gathering, Mr Seth highlighted that India now exports arms and defence equipment to 92 countries across the globe, saying this is the New India.
