Union Minister for Tribal Affairs Jual Oram is on a three day visit to Nagaland from today. On his arrival, the Union Minister called on Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio at his private residence in Sovima.
Speaking to Akashvani News Kohima exclusively, Mr Oram said they had a discussion about various developmental works taking place in the state, including funds utilisation of the Eklavya Model Residential School and National ST Finance Cooperation.
Mr Oram is to schedule to visit Zunheboto tomorrow, where he will have a meeting with the district administration and other departmental officers to review various central government schemes implemented in the district.
On Tuesday, Mr Oram will attend the inauguration programme of the new Community hall at Indisen village in Dimapur.
