Hyderabad is hosting a two-day Global Artificial Intelligence Summit-2024-themed “Making AI Work for Everyone” today and tomorrow. The summit will be formally inaugurated by Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy today at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre.
Aimed at fostering discussions on various aspects of AI, the summit is expected to amplify the state’s ambition to become a global innovation hub. The summit will feature a series of parallel tracks, including a central plenary and specialised sessions that delve into AI advancements, practical applications, and future opportunities.
Chief Minister will be joined by Information Technology and Industries Minister D. Sridhar Babu. The event is expected to draw over two thousand delegates from across the world. Several global AI experts will provide insights into the impact of AI across sectors like governance, technology, finance, and manufacturing.
The summit will also host hackathons, lighting demonstrations, and startup showcases, featuring innovative projects and emerging technologies. High-profile panel discussions, fireside chats, and interactive sessions with industry leaders from organisations like the World Bank and WHO will further enrich the event. The state government will be unveiling an ambitious AI City project on the occasion.
