India today completed one year of vaccination drive against COVID-19. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India’s vaccination drive is the fastest and most successful vaccination drive ever.
Health Ministry today said, over 156 crore 76 lakh vaccine doses have been administered so far under Nationwide Vaccination Drive. More than 66 lakh 21 thousand doses were administered yesterday.
The Covid recovery rate of the country is 94.51 percent and the active caseload currently stands at 15 lakh 50 thousand 377. Over 2 lakh 71 thousand new cases recorded in the last 24 hours.
A total of Seven thousand 743 Omicron cases have been detected so far, an increase of 28.17 per cent since yesterday. 318 deaths were reported in the last 24 hours.
The daily positivity rate is at 16.28 percent and weekly positivity rate is at 13.69 per cent.
